Great services and really love animals

The woman making appointment and answering phone told me to come in when I asked if was ok if even though I’d be late, got there and the staff told me I had to reschedule since I was late for later that day. I don’t have a vehicle atm so I had to figure out ride arrangement after I had already had someone take me there once besides that it was a good informative place

I met with 4 people: 1. your receptionist, 2. A woman who took down details of my visit, 3. A very professional vet tech and 4. Dr. Eaton. 3. The vet tech (whose name I forgot, I’m sorry)was wonderful. 4. Dr. Eaton was also wonderful. 1. The receptionist was fine, but the 2. woman who took down my details doled out unsolicited advice as though I had never seen a dog in my life let alone own one.

Very pleased with the service and everyone was very nice. The office was very clean, and I will being using them for anything I need for my dog. Would recommend to anyone to take their animals to them.

I was so relieved and happy to have found a business that took care of my pet as well as you folks did everything was perfect and your little cat buddy spoke volumes of how much you care about these animals. You deserve your own building.

I was very pleased with the limited wait time in the examining room. I have never been to a veterinarian clinic where I haven t waited at least a half hour before anyone came into the examination room. I don t believe I waited more than five minutes. And within the next five minutes, the doctor came in to see my cat. Thank you for your pleasant and expeditious service. I will recommend your business to all my friends with pets!

I was very happy and pleased with the staff. The vet has always been great but past staff was rude and loud and unprofessional. I have not been in for over a year or so as a result. I was very happy to see new and professional staff at this office.

I love coming here. The staff is friendly, professional, and the prices are good.

We are new to Valuvet Wellness and we’re very happy with the customer service, logical and experienced vet care and no pressure interaction, and the office aesthetics and cleanliness. So much so that our cat AND three dogs will be under the care of caring and skilled Valuvet Wellness Newark team going forward. Lastly, their name is certainly indicative of the veterinary costs for all service provided by these true animal lovers.
