Very happy with our visit

All the staff was amazing with our dog Copper. They really made him feel comfortable as well as us and made sure we understood everything. Copper is a very sweet boy but they weren t afraid to immediately get on the floor with him on his level and interact with him and tell him he was a good boy. They lifted him to the table themselves. Overall an amazing visit. Before anything was done they clarified everything with us as well. We will definitely be back. Such nice people.

Let me clarify the time issue. Everybody was very friendly, and I was promptly taken to a room. However, the vet did not come into the room for 45 Minutes. I appreciate the staff being kind and helpful.

All the staff here is wonderful! They care so much and they work so well with Ari who has a lot of anxiety. They do everything they can to ease Ari’s fears and make her feel safe and loved. They make me feel like Ari is the most important dog when she is there and I feel very confident with any treatment she receives. I am so pleased with this place and highly recommend it! Everything was top notch! Sophie was well looked after and didn’t have any issues with the vet… in fact she liked her… as I saw her trying to lick the doctor… and Sophie is not a licker! The office and rooms were very clean… and everyone was very friendly! A big thanks to them!!

Great experience

Things seemed a bit disheveled. Additionally, I drove a stool sample out during what were posted hours, and no-one was there. Please make sure I am refunded the amount for that test. Lastly, I never received an email of the vaccinations administered during our visit. David. 614.353.1256
