I had a 5:20 appointment, got there a few minutes early. Was there until almost 7PM. The person who checked me out didnt give me the rabies tags. It was such a long wait, my dogs were really anxious - to the point that the vet thinks one had stress-induced heart arrhythmia. Everyone was nice, it was just a really long visit.

I wasn t thrilled with the traumatic experience to get a blood draw. Now anytime we pass the office he gets nervous. If they would have let me help hild him I think it would have been easier

As my first experience, I found the office clean, quite, and not stressful for my dog or myself. I was told of the procedures and given time to ask questions and understand the treatment for Thor, I was happy that he was not stressed out, because I did know how he would react to a strangers or the smells he might have noticed from other animals. Excellent service for myself and Thor.

ValuVet s decision to not work with pet medication businesses like 1-800-pet-meds surprised me as I had never heard anything like that before and the meds I have received from 1-800-pet-meds in the past have appeared to be the very same meds that I was given from the ValuVet office. I ve never heard of that before, but my experience with other vet clinics is very limited.

my only issue was when i made the appt i was told a certain amount and then when i went to pay it was more. also when i called to fill his medicine i was told how much but when i picked it up it was a different amount. I will question this the next time

Phoebe was treated well, unfortunately she had a bad reaction to the dhpp vaccine and had to be treated at MedVet Diley today.. they told me to make sure her veterinarian knew so they could pretreat her prior to the next vaccine.
