The veterinarian and tech I saw were both great. Excellent info from the vet, Dr Channing (I think), at Graceland location, August 7 2:40 PM.

I cannot say enough good about the staff at the Newark location. We will continue to be clients as long as we have pets!

Everything here was great I just wish it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Either way good price and fast acting.

Staff is very loving with the pets. Make sure you understand each procedure or test. Take time answering your questions. They don’t force you into a bill you can’t afford.

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen by the vet. I don t think I will be returning.

Staff and Techs were both pet and people friendly.

The wait was 20 minutes to get into a room. But it was a reasonable time with them being busy with other animals. I d say make sure you have time during your day for the wait.

Everyone was very helpful in helping my dog relax for his first appointment. They put down a blanket for him to walk on since he is not comfortable walking on not carpeted floors.
