The only reason I give 3 stars for being seen and wait time is that when I arrived, I called then number and left a message. I kept waiting and waiting..no one came out to get my dog. I finally asked one of the people/assistants coming out why I hadn t been called. I guess you have to keep calling until you get a person??? I think it needs to be on the door keep trying until you get someone do not leave a message. Once she told them I was there, it wasn t too long before someone came. Very, friendly, very efficient and was very knowledgeable about the visit and what I needed to do next for my puppy. I will continue to come as I now know what I need to do. Thank you!

I was so excited to see the sign ValuVet in Graceland Shopping Center. The Staff are wonderful. Everything I was told , really happened. Everyone was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about how their Clinic works. I am passing the word to everyone I know , so they can stay put in that Shopping Center. Rita Dietrich

The staff was amazing, I explained that my dog was surrendered three times to the animal shelter before we got him. My fear was that he would think we were surrendering him again since I could not go in with him. They were very careful and gracious with him and made me feel at ease.

Thank you so much for taking care of Zara. I was happy when I saw the woman with the GSD shirt on. I knew she would understand the GS part of my mixed doggie. Zara is half GSD and 1/4 Collie (Lassie dog) and 1/4 Border Collie. She’s sweet, a wimp and protective at the same time. You were wonderful with her. I’ve already recommended your practice to several friends. Thanks for all you do!

I couldn’t get inside to see how it looked I’m sure you keep it clean. I have to wait until January 13 to get Jaye Jaye into a vet to get her dental X-ray which is sad. Thank you for at least giving her meds to help until then

My boyfriend & I along with multiple family members have had multiple animals seen at your office in last 2 years. Will covid restrictions apts took longer at 1st but after being there for my apt with 4 kittens last week everything ran smoothly! Id also called and made apts and was emailed estimates for each pet. Whm ever I dealt with was very nice, informative and patient. Will continue to have all out furbabies vetted through ValuVet Marysville office! Thank you to the great staff and stay safe

Due to covid-19 I was not allowed to go in with my dogs which I understand, so I can t say if they were clean. But They sure did work hard. Very very nice people on the phones and I am so sorry I can t remember her name but she took care of my Sammy and Bella and she was so polite,and went out of her way to try to get my new care credit card to work for the first time. She was super with my dogs and did a great job pulling Bella nail out of her pad and trimmed Sammy s so nice. I found my new vet in Newark.

We were able to get an appointment very quickly! All of the staff were very kind and educational. We were very pleased! We will be bringing our other pet to see you guys too! Thank you so much for all of your help!!!
