My beautiful cat was not feeling very well. They got her in only a couple hours after I called. They took very good care of Octavia!! And she is feeling so much better just a few days after being seen.

Couldn’t go inside due to covid

Very kind staff, and made me feel confident that my pet was well cared for and treated properly.

Unable to judge facilities. Dog ?? s tail was completely trimmed without discussion or explanation. 3 inches of hair. One side of face was trimmed due to matting but not other side. Told dog would not let her.

Chi, the Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and nice. She took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. Customer service is important to me and she nailed it!!!

It was very difficult to not be able to meet with the vet although I certainly understand your concerns regarding the pandemic.

Everything was great. Couldn t ask for a better vet facility. The entire staff are awesome and go above and beyond making your pet feel at home. Don t change a thing.

After driving 45 minutes to get there with 3 dogs in the car, I was told that the cost would be like $60 more than I was quoted on the phone had I been quoted that price in the beginning, I would not have sacrificed the gas money. The tech took off services etc to get the price down to what I had in my bank, but the services given were NOT what were quoted

I didn’t hear from the vet at all, but was just for vaccinations. Would have liked to just have some interactions (on the phone due to covid, of course) as a new patient. The wait was very short and cost was affordable.

With COVID restrictions some of above don’t apply. Overall very good first visit to this office
