I was very happy with the level of care as well as the cost.

The person that came out to get Arthur was so nice and kind.. I really appreciated the patience and time that was taken to answer my questions. The wait was a little long but I understand the situation with covaid makes things more difficult

I know you’re filling covid policies, but I the process of waiting out in the car and pets go in alone doesn’t make sense. You touched my dog which I touched, we handed a pen and paper back and forth, you touched my money. Why can’t we wear masks and come in. It would add a lot of comfort for the pets.

I have a 10yo pitbull mix that can be mean as heck. Doesn’t like strangers whatsoever. When I scheduled him for a gland expression and yearly check up, I told them right away he will most likely need to be sedated. Well they wanted to attempt to see him with only a muzzle and not give him a sedative.... it worked. No sedative. They were really nice, caring and gentle for my boy. I was very surprised my dog cooperated. The next day, he was acting like he was a puppy again. I am visiting them again in august for rabies vaccine.

I was VERY satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could. The Staff was very friendly, and the price was very reasonable.

Thank you everyone was wonderful. I am also impressed I was able to speak to Dr Jeanette and no waiting for a day or hours before speaking to her. Awesome customer and patient care.

Everyone was so nice to us and our dog Bo who is family to us. This means a lot that he is comfortable with who is taking care of him. The fact that the vet and staff took the time to get Bo in when he wasn t a regular patient has me thinking that I want Bo to have your facility as his regular vet office. You all are AWESOME - thank you

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I was definitely worried going into the appointment both for my cat and the cost. They took care of him and the bill was better than I thought. I appreciate them so much for helping!

The only reason I give 3 stars for being seen and wait time is that when I arrived, I called then number and left a message. I kept waiting and waiting..no one came out to get my dog. I finally asked one of the people/assistants coming out why I hadn t been called. I guess you have to keep calling until you get a person??? I think it needs to be on the door keep trying until you get someone do not leave a message. Once she told them I was there, it wasn t too long before someone came. Very, friendly, very efficient and was very knowledgeable about the visit and what I needed to do next for my puppy. I will continue to come as I now know what I need to do. Thank you!
