The older lady that work the front desk is often rude. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is very friendly.

I loved Dr. Farrow-Harris! She asked me a lot of questions about my cat to gather the information she needed to make diagnosis. She was kind, explained her assessment clearly, and offered an approach that would address my cat’s problem beginning with the most conservative treatment plan. It turned out that after one dose of meds, I saw improvement, and when Dr. called the day after she saw him, I was pleased to report his improvement! After day three, he is back to normal! I have already recommended Dr. Farrow-Harris and your clinic to my friends!

The doctor (I think her name was Raven?) Did not seem confident in diagnosing my dig, which made me a bit uncomfortable. She also said she would do a neuro exam but the opthalmoscope in the room was broken and she didn t even go get a working one to look at him. Just brushed it off. The assistant and the front desk people were very nice though.

I would appreciate the wearing of masks be left up to the individual. I chose curbside over coming inside because I don’t wear a mask. Masks do not protect you. Says so right on the box. Your immune system protects you.

Definitely need to work on giving the right price out, I was told one price over the phone and the bill was $35 more. Have heard this problem from other customers as well.

Absolutely wonderful!! They were so mindful about everything and they re vet kitties are so sweet!

Cheekers visit was great. The vet told me he was wanting belly rubs even though she was giving him shots and messing with his bad ear from fighting other tom cats. She explained everything that was going on great with a very positive attitude.

Need to spend a little more time with pet evaluation of problems.
