After driving 45 minutes to get there with 3 dogs in the car, I was told that the cost would be like $60 more than I was quoted on the phone had I been quoted that price in the beginning, I would not have sacrificed the gas money. The tech took off services etc to get the price down to what I had in my bank, but the services given were NOT what were quoted

I didn’t hear from the vet at all, but was just for vaccinations. Would have liked to just have some interactions (on the phone due to covid, of course) as a new patient. The wait was very short and cost was affordable.

This was my first time here after moving to a new town. And the lady that came out and talked to me was amazing! Super friendly, and helped me get the best price for my services, provided options and was overall an amazing employee! Fast and convenient! This will be my new vet office!

Sitting in the car is terrible. I do not like not being able to go in with my dog to her appointment. If the masks we are required to wear work, why the need for “social distancing”? I would really like that to be reconsidered. I don’t think anyone likes not being able to go in with their pet. A parent wouldn’t be denied to go with their child to the doctor. My dog is my child, it’s the same thing. Other than that, everything else was great. Very friendly and patient staff!

Very pleased with friendly staff. I wondered how clean the inside was, who was the vet and if it was a branch of Pet Plex near Buckeye Lake OH. I did not anticipate the price to be the same as my former vet. I don’t believe this was a discount. I also wondered if the techs were vet students.

I was very impressed with absolutely everything. From Chyna to Dr. Penta and the tech that brought my puppy out, regrettably I can’t remember her name. All were patient with me and took the time to make sure I was informed. Then, a follow up with a call and educational information! I believe this will be my new vet care.

Since Covid protocol was in place, I didn’t get into the office or speak personally with the veterinarian, so some questions can’t be answered. But the tech was very nice and helpful.
