Hi, I NEVER give 5 stars. My son and daughter will be taking there pets there as well. We feel ValuVet Wellness-Marysville is very honest! There service is better than previous vets.

When setting up appointments online it only allows you to schedule one pet per appointment. It would be more convenient if it allowed you to schedule more pets at once. The curbside process was fine and quick and everyone was very friendly. My dogs came out happy. I will definitely be back.

I’m not quite sure about the question before this one because I wasn’t able to see the facilities but I assume they were clean. But I like everything about the visit except I would’ve liked to been able to come in with my pet. I was very happy about how much time the vet took with me to explain everything that made me feel very well taken care of. And Hazel seem to be in well spirits when she left and not frightened. I will definitely be back.

Everyone was nice and very friendly! They had the generics of my cats medicine and all-in-all it cost me maybe a third of what my regular very would. They were also very straight forward about things they could and couldn t do in their office. Overall I m very pleased I found this place.

Very good place to bring my pet. Will continue to use this vet.

I got a receipt for my credit card payment but no itemized statement

Despite having moved their office and the stressed included with that, everyone was pleasant, helpful, timely and all 3 of my dogs were in and out in no time! Y all are fantastic!

Add a note on the receipt or something to tell about needed follow up visits. I know I need a booster for something but I don’t know what or when

The tech that we had was very nice, helpful and explained everything. I didn t like not meeting the doctor or being able to go in but I understand circumstances. The only problem I had was that the meds my cat got weren t explained really well. They said drops in each ears til gone but didn t say how far in I should go, do I need to rub it around in the ear or if it was ok if she started licking it. They also didn t want a follow up to make sure it cleared up but being that we are new to this vet, that may just be the way it runs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Definitely will be bringing my fur baby back to them.

Very good with my dogs. I would recommend them.

It was hard to let my sick and nervous pup go in without me, but the vet was thorough on the phone and let me know what was going on so that helped. Prices were great and no pressure to do more than necessary. My dog is feeling better.

I have never been allowed inside due to Covid. The staff is friendly and appointments are easy. I just don t know why I have to take my dog every month to get heartworm and flea prevention. And they struggle with trimming the dogs nails. Perhaps a muzzle or sedative should have been suggested the last time they had trouble. I am overall satisfied with our visits.
