Everything was great. We were in and out in no time!

My cats nails were not cut as expected. Some nail tips were untouched :(. He is a persistent scratcher and really needs his nails trimmed. I even gave him medicine as prescribed to stay calm, so I am confused on how so many nails were not cut appropriately.

Need a sign ASAP. Not many know where crenos is and the front staff saying that over and over was very frustrating. They acted like it was simple and it wasn’t. However, everything else was good.

Took longer than expected to get an appointment. I am Not happy overall with my service due to problems after the visit. I was supposed to have been given ten days of antibiotics for my dog but after 5 days I realized they only gave me 5 days worth. Then I called 5 times yesterday trying to figure out what to do. They didn’t get a shipment of his medication in so I requested it be called in to a pharmacy. It seems the doctors are so booked up that it’s hard to get problems resolved quickly. I was thankful that this doctor did call in a prescription at the end of the day or I would have been out of medication completely due to an error from my original visit to this office. The original visit was billed to Petland so I’m wanting to get reimbursement for having to pay for additional antibiotics that I should have received at my last visit.

I think exceptions need to be made to the “one person only” allowed in. I explained that my mom had dementia and that both of us needed to go on. I was told no. If it was my pet, I wouldn’t have been back. That’s heartless. I hope you never have to deal with dementia because they need a second set of ears. Disappointed!!

My big American Bulldog boy is a BIG BIG baby with some fear induced behavior complications. I could hear him crying from the parking lot even before his neuter. The staff was not deterred or irritated practicing EXTREME patience and understanding throughout the whole ordeal. They also maintained communication with me from the time I dropped off until he was picked up, which helped ease my mind. Was as good of an experience as getting neutered can be!

I am a little frustrated at what happened as I left. The appt. and everything was great, up until it was time to check out. The vet tech told me they would return to send me up front to check out. I waited in the room for 40 minutes. That’s absurd. I eventually got tired of waiting, so I walked out to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Hannah) was quite rude to me, even rolling her eyes as I approached the counter. I told her what had happened, and she said “yeah so you’re ready to check out?”, as if I was crazy for even complaining about the wait. I get it, it gets chaotic in there sometimes, but to leave me in the room for that long then be rude to me when I leave???? That’s just crazy.

The waite time was long, but better than other vets. The exam was a little quick for my taste I would have like to seen a little more thorough for a yearly exam

The vet tech who delt with my Apollo he adores her .he can tell she s a wonderful person and there to help .since he is a large doberman and has very high energy she knows how to deal with him

Nothing, everything was great and exceeded expectation

Took an hour to be seen, as another customer came in, was seen and left in 45mins. Prescribed meds that we didn t end up needing or using, among other poor service. Ultimately my 15yo dog died, while I don t blame valuevet; the service was crap.

The older lady that work the front desk is often rude. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is very friendly.

The staff was very friendly to me and very friendly to my puppy. We are so happy that we found this vet and will always bring our pets here!

I loved Dr. Farrow-Harris! She asked me a lot of questions about my cat to gather the information she needed to make diagnosis. She was kind, explained her assessment clearly, and offered an approach that would address my cat’s problem beginning with the most conservative treatment plan. It turned out that after one dose of meds, I saw improvement, and when Dr. called the day after she saw him, I was pleased to report his improvement! After day three, he is back to normal! I have already recommended Dr. Farrow-Harris and your clinic to my friends!
