First visit. Visited with Dr. Foster, she is excellent! Front desk,…younger girl with glasses, dark hair who checked me in, was not pleasant at all. She was annoyed and intolerant about not having my Kaias previous records. When booking a new patient appointment, I gave the information of previous Vets so they could request Kaias records in time for the appointment. She was unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Love this place so much that even though I moved to Fort Myers I keep coming back to you my dogs love all of you as well

Meeting a new dr a foster was nice. I would like to say that her assistant was not a very happy nor friendly girl. Not even a word to my dog. I just find that you should be happier if you Like your job.

I have taken my kitties to EAH for the past 14 years. I have dealt primarily with Dr. Jenn and Dr. Kirk who have been wonderful with my kitties. Dr. Larry took care of Gisèle’s tooth and did a great job she hasn’t had any problems. The vets and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and caring when I bring my kitties in for their check-ups. I love EAH! ??

Dr. Kirk was great - he always is and that s why I drive further than normal to see him. My only issue was when I made the appointment it was largely to have one of my cats receive a shave of the belly and butt area where he was matted. The receptionist said it would not be perfect like a groomer, but yes it was a service I could have so she logged it in for my appt. When I arrived, I told the technician it was on the list of things I needed and she said there might not be time and I could reschedule it which did not sound right to me as it was scheduled - I don t live close to the office, I booked my appt. based on the shave and everyone knows how hard it is to bring a cat to the vet anyway so I was insistent on it. She still said maybe. I told Dr. Kirk when he came in and he said of course and asked the tech to shave him after we were done. She came back after 2 minutes or less and put him in the cage. He was not shaved, but maybe an inch around the butt and nothing else. She never addressed it with me. I looked at my receipt once home and she did not charge for it so that was honest, but still - I was really disappointed and still have to figure out how to shave him. I assume she did not know how to shave animals because she was so reluctant to agree to it. I am sure Dr. Kirk had no idea she did not shave him as it was just assumed she took him back for it and he mentioned there was another lady that could help. I felt like we were her last appt. for the day and she wanted us to leave asap!
