People at the front desk do not smile. Would like to see a lighter, brighter lobby. It s like a dungeon. Dr. Jenn was very nice, but I m puzzled as first time in my life (I m 72) that a vet wasn t able to get a urine sample. Also she mentioned giving me some printed articles to help with feeding, but she forgot. Not sure I ll be back.

The facility was beautiful and the staff kind and friendly. Dr. Amelia is great and I’m glad we found her. Ted behaved for them and I was shocked in a happy way. He is doing much better and that is fantastic.

I know dr Larry for 20 years I have been bringing my girls to his clinic for a long time. And I love him and most everyone there. But I have to confess that his prices is getting to high every year. I understand that the economy is bad and the inflation is high. I understand bc i also have a local business. But sometimes I strong with his prices. I had 2 little dogs now I just have 1 and after her I don t thinking I will get another pet. My baby is 7 pounds and she need to be spay and take off a little hernia in her bally . The surgery will be the same day. Even know it s one surgery they are charming me more then $1000 for that . I just can t believe! I could go for a second opinion but since I have been going there for so long . I don t feel to change for now.but sometimes I wish they would work with me about this price. Anyways..thats all.

Pricing for the services was pretty pricey

My dog was a drop off appointment and I was not able to speak with anyone when I picked her up except the receptionist. I had to call for the results of her tests and never spoke to the doctor on what is going on with my dog. All tests came back normal and they prescribed metrodonizole. She still has loose stool and she is normally on the hard side.

We are so happy to have tracked Dr. Foster down and are ecstatic about all of the support staff there at EAH as well. So glad she has such a great environment to do what she does best.

Estero Animal Staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient.

When I walked into the office there were many people standing around the desk area. Being new I had no idea if they were waiting to be helped. I finally asked one of the desk help if they could check me in. Not sure why they didn’t greet me and ask if they could help when they saw me walk in.

I ( my kitties ) have been patients of this practice as far back as when the office was on #41. I am confident that they have and are now receiving the best care possible.

As always, Kiki s visit at Estero went off without a hitch. Dr Larry and his assistants are the best! This level of comfort and confidence is important to me since I own a rare breed dog. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my little Kiki!

The on-line correspondence does not appear to get addressed in a timely manner, if at all. I greatly appreciate the quality time that the doctors spend with my concerns for my pets. I also appreciate the thoughtful body bags supplied at the time of need. Very compassionate. Evelyn Accuso
