I’ve been with Estero Animal Hospital for 20 years. When I tried to get an emergency appt for my really sick dog, the best they could do was an appt. the following day at 545. If this is the level of service for a long standing client during off season how will they be during busy season. I’m finding a new, more responsive vet office.

Great staff and facility. I recommend to everyone. Dr. Kirk is always great and my animals love him. Thank you for all the years of great care for my fur family.

The care Dante receives is outstanding. Love you Dr. Kirk and Larry and ALL the team.

Rec d a card that said George was late on 2 shots so made an appointment Then learned at the appointment that he was not, but then asked to pay 20 dollars anyway, even though appointment not necessary and appointment only due to a mistake by your office

Everything and every time I ve gone all is beyond excellence the staff the doctor the timely matter the kindness of all the employees it is beyond excellent; I and my dog travel out of our residence living area to go to Estero Animal because in all our years and the age of my 16years old Chula we have not experienced another location Veterinarian like Dr. Larry and his Staff; so grateful we found this location. Sue was outstanding at the desk! She was attentive, looked at me (instead of typing), asked questions and then when another staff member seemed to dismiss my concern...Sue suggested we come back for a drop off! Her concern was calming and sincere. I love this place, but have felt that the staff at the front gets a little overwhelmed and less compassionate...Sue was the opposite and that will not be forgotten by Hank or myself. I hope that she gets to hear this positive review!

Dr David is most pleasant as was his nurse. Pippa was totally calm as they carefully examined her My recommendation for your clinic is to offer 3-year rabies inoculation. Many veterinary facilities do so

I understand that your office is VERY busy but my dog had an ear infection and earliest appointment available was in a week s time. When an animal is in distress it is important that the problem be addressed. I ve given your office a 5 star review on line but over the years it has become very difficult to get an appointment with your office. We love the staff, the veterinarians are top notch but that doesn t help me if I can t get in to see someone. Thank you
