The veterinarian and vet tech staff were incredible! They took great care of my geriatric kitty and were very helpful with accommodating setting up the website and ordering his prescription medication as well as a prescription pill that he needs. The timing was off but veterinarians are very overloaded in Florida and this vet in particular was extraordinary! I am very happy to have my first baby in her care at this facility!

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Larry for over 15 years and absolutely love the services we receive. Kudos to the new way to pay!!!! It is so much easier for the pets and the owners. Love it!

It seems the front office is very understaffed. Long waits for calls to be answered and hold times excessive. This really needs fixing now. Dr Amelia and Kailin were excellent!

We have been coming to your office for 12 years. When we moved to Naples from Estero, we stayed with you instead of choosing another vet office closer to our house because we loved the care you gave our dog. The morning of her appointment, my husband left early to make the 40 minute drive but was unfortunately got stuck in traffic. He called to let you know and the receptionist said no problem. When he arrived, he was rudely informed that he was seven minutes late and would not be seen. He was told he could reschedule or wait to see if he could be squeezed in. Since he had taken the day off, he decided to wait. Well, one hour and three minutes later, he still was not called in. So he left. I am very disappointed in the way that we, as patients for 12 years, were treated. I understand that you gave a schedule to follow, however, he called to inform the office that he was stuck in traffic and was told no problem. To be less than ten minutes late and refused to be seen is just mind boggling. Then I receive this email asking to rate my appointment, when this visit never even took place.
