I saw Dr. Brad this visit and he was very thorough and caring with it being a drop off visit. My feedback for the hospital in general is a need to hire on more docs to be able to handle the influx of people who have moved here within the last year. There needs to be availability of same day appts(not just drop offs and squeeze them in) for sick pets rather than having to go to a vet ER.

It’s been challenging in the past to get an appointment for my dog but lately there has been more availability. Dr David and Dr Larry have been great with my dog, very patient and kind. I just hope I’m still able to get into the office when dog is sick instead of having to wait weeks. Thank you!

Dr. Kirk and Heather are simply amazing!! We have been clients for almost ten years for both our mini-doxies who are rescues. The front staff need some work; notes were given to Dr. Kirk for one young lady. Donna, Sue, Andrea are fabulous!!

I was very happy that my animal was taken in the same day I called as I had to take her to the ER Vet the day before. Everyone was very helpful and understood that I was very worried about my pet. They have also been helpful when we were out of town and couldn t find a vet to help us.

Everyone was courteous and caring - and we appreciate that. Medicines and services here have always been above average, but prices have gone up significantly. It’s actually very expensive now to have a pet and to provide basic healthcare, when needed.

All was good, Dr Larry explained in detail the dental surgery our Beau had and meds. and how to administer. It was great to know just how to care for Beau. I would highly recommend Dr. Larry to any of our fur baby friends.

The lobby and office wait were a bit long. Also I had to wait in the parking lot for 10 min for a space to open up. DR Jenn & the tech were the best. No complaints there!
