Dr. Anna and her assistant were wonderful. Very thorough and caring. The staff person at the front desk wondered why I didn’t bring my records from my current vet and I explained to her that no one told me they needed that information, and that I was only told to send rabies faccination certificate. other than that everything was great.

Waited longer than usual but I also took longer than planned . Not a problem but it was unusual.

We love Dr. Jen. She takes time to talk to us and is very gentle with our furbabies.

We really appreciate the kindness we experience while in your office. Everyone we met was extremely helpful and quick to say hello to our new puppy. We were most frustrated that we were just coming to get established as a patient, and get a general check up. I was told the cost of the appointment would be around $70. We asked lots of questions, including how we should best clip her nails and provide sanitary cuts. Our hope was education. Upon arriving to pay our bill, I was told that the total was over $200. fortunately, we are able to pay the amount, however, it was extremely frustrated that this was not communicated ahead of time. This was our first time in your office, and it was our understanding that everything was a part of the appointment. In order to prevent shock at the checkout counter I highly recommend communicating any additional fees. It definitely felt a bit frustrating. I would be happy to chat through the details if anyone would like to speak. Thank you so much!

Put a chair or high stool in the exam room for the pet owner to sit. I really liked the waiting room, nice and big and airy. Perhaps you could put some chairs with arms in the waiting room to help rise from a sitting position as I have problems standing from a sitting position

The vet did ask if we had any general questions, and I could not think of any. I would have rather if he asked specific questions about the dog, because I thought of other questions after I left my appointment and wished I had asked during the appointment

I m still waiting for my results of Karly s fecal sample. I was told by the vet tech that no news is good news. I explained to the receptionist that I think I saw somewhere blood in her stool today. So I d appreciate a little more timely turnaround

When there is a shortage of vax then desk should inform client of such before they waste time to come to office. Its a waste of time for client to arrive and surprise no vax.

The ladies at the front are always so nice. The girls who came in to do the nail trim were so kind and caring which eased my dogs (and my anxiety). Dr. Kirk is always so helpful, my only two requests would be open another facility further east and to include exotic pets too! (Also a special thanks to Dr Jen for her empathy in helping Cooper cross the bridge).

when i got into the exam room it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the last appointment. there was hair on the table and marks on the floor
