They didn t ask me if I wanted rabies tags. I had to call back. Otherwise, great, organized system.

This visit was extremely fast and easy. We had the most wonderful Tech who took care of Cooper. I asked her name, and I already forgot, but you can probably see who took care of Cooper. She was the BEST!!

I understand the precautions that need to be taken during this pandemic. I never received an electronic invoice for the charges. I was told I d have my dog in 5 minutes,it was close to 25 minutes.

I have never had a negative experience but in these Covid-19 times, you really can t expect it to be perfect! Thank you Dr. Jen for all you do

Dr Kelli and her tech are fantastic. The only negative was calling for several hours and getting a busy signal on trying to schedule annual check up.

Waiting in the car was a little crazy but appreciate the time dr Jen spent on the phone with me, 8 1/2 minutes.

Got lost in the shuffle. Four animals behind us were seen before we inquired about our appointment. Once seen, we were back on track and serviced in a short period of time. The doctor was great and Chula s results are satisfactory.

I was not given a bill, I was only asked for my credit card. I did not know what the breakdown was. The precautions for Covid were well organized and the staff had the process under control. I appreciated that Dr. Megan came to my car and talked to me.

Not enough feed back after we picked up our dog. No instructions whatsoever. Still haven’t heard the results of one of the tests and we were told 24 hours. It has been 3 days!

It was amazing how well this appointment was handled during this pandemic. Everything went smoothly. Amazingly planned out!
