We dropped Coco off. Appointment went quickly. Dr. Cray called with thorough explanation and followed up the next day with more information. He was very patient, kind and informative. An excellent experience.

I had a very sick dog that could not be accommodated. She has now recovered.

The billing wasn t explained at all. The lady just came to my car, told me the bill was $376.56, I was in shock, handed her my credit card and asked for what??? she didn t respond, only came back to the car with my cc wrapped in a paper wet with chlrox, a receipt, and said the detailed receipt was emailed to your email address; no way to review charges etc at the time of service which I didn t appreciate.

Very satisfied and so good to know my beloved Lewis is in good hands??

it didn t seem that the mouse with the star system was working correctly but I would rate an excellent on every category for our recent visit. We were really impressed how well you organized the system for drop-off visits. thank you, the Burdge family with Riley the lab!

Everything was done very efficiently and safely. They even sterilized your credit card when it was returned.

Gracie came through her surgery very well. You seemed to be pretty organized over there considering the times. Thanks for keeping us all safe.

I m really not fond of the set up guess because of the situation this is the best that can be done. I also thought Snoopy was going to see Dr. Kirk as she always does but that did not happen either. Dr. Marks comments were fine, did not meet him.

I’m glad you asked. I’d been getting texts and emails telling me Rylee was past due for bordatella. I called and the receptionist asked if I wanted to come in that day-I said sure. I got there and we sat in the car for 50 minutes and then I was told she couldn’t have it because she needed an annual exam. I did make an appointment then but I could have been told that over the phone or in the text or email-saving me 50 minutes sitting in a car.

I picked up a prescription Saturday.I called 3 times with a question about the prescription Monday. Didn t get a call back until Wednesday. Had to go to another Vet to change the prescription or my dogs would have gone 5 days without treatment.
