I wasn t sure how waiting in the car would be while the tech took the dog in. I was 100% satisfied! Dr. Jen called me (which I wasn t expecting) and talked to me on the phone for probably as long if not longer if I had been in the room. You guys are great and would recommend you to everyone! The hospital did the best they could under the circumstances. The vet spoke with me via phone as she was examining my dog for his regular checkup. She (Dr. Jen) was clear, friendly, professional and responsive.

I gave you all five stars in case they didn t register. Love the vets. I ve recommended you all to many.

I have been using Estero Animal Hospital since 2004 and my pups have been well taking care of! And doing this crisis the staff and drs have been doing an amazing job! ????

Given the COVID-19 circumstances everything went very well. There was ease in which drop offs and pickups were handled were well done. Following my puppy’s procedure I had a concern because she wasn’t eating. Her being only 3# is especially concerning. After calling I had my medications within an hour. I always recommend Estero Animal Hospital.

My recent visit was excellent. The folks who took care of me and of course our cat at (actually outside of0 the Clinic were outstanding. They were friendly, efficient and professional. And on top of all that our cat is fine. Thanks for all your help

I ve always thought that everyone there does an awesome job. I feel like family <3 I think that your team is doing an excellent job in spite of this darn virus. This was the 1st time Clyde went to a different Dr. Dr. Kellie was fabulous with Clyde. She took time on the phone and answered my questions & gave me suggestions as well.
