Great vets and techs !Love it

My dog, Edward, has extreme anxiety going to the vet and everyone there was wonderful about it! I’m glad I was able to go in with him because he’d never go otherwise. Dr. Larry always handles Edward perfectly like it’s no big deal. He also makes me feel better about it all, too, and provides the best care for him. Dr. Larry is amazing and I’m so thankful for him!

Dr Larry has been our dogs vet for almost 20 years and has always been a wonderful, caring, compassionate and professional vet. He has always fully explained everything to us and the care and concern he has given our dogs has been outstanding!!

It was my first time to the clinic and I wasn t sure about the drive up process. I parked my car and walked to the entrance. The British woman who greeted me scolded me for not following proper procedures. I let her know that it was my first time there. She said, There always has to be one that can t follow the rules. I almost went elsewhere but decided to go for the appointment. I was pleased with the rest of the staff.

Staff are always very responsive, sensitive and caring even in these unusual circumstances of social distancing. On this occasion, my dog was cared for by Dr. Kelly. Awesome, Love Dr. Larry! Caitlyn was Super helpful! I actually prefer the way you’re handling Covid so then my cat didn’t have to sit in the waiting room filled with dogs! I love this place and I am totally loyal but I do wish you had a separate cat waiting area! You have that other door could be the cat door LOL you could make it happen quite simply. It’s a very large open area and dogs run for the cat cage and they can be loud, boisterous and that can echo and make it bigger and it’s super intimidating for my sick cat. I would love for you to consider that because I’m sure every other cat owner would love it too.

I’m glad I could go in w/my dog but would have liked the dr to do my dog’s exam in the room w/me and not in the back where I could not see What was happening and ask questions during the exam. The dr did come in and speak to me after she examined my dog in the back.

I know that we have to be so careful. But I did not like the fact that I couldn t be with my dogs during their appt. This is the second vet visit for my Maggie Mae and she was traumatized. It took 3 days for her to come to me. Hopefully this will be over for the next time.

Doctor Larry handled Myc, who does not like to go to the doctor, very well. The staff was very professional and the office was very Covid-19 compliant.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr was outgoing and informative recommending that my pet lose weight. I felt he cared about my dog ‘s quality of life.
