At times when I call, I’m left on hold from a minimal time to as long as 5 minutes. Perhaps more people on phones during busy times??

The only negative I have is that every time you call it seems you have to hold and the last 3 times I called was on hold 5, 8 and 12 minutes. I’m not thrilled with that part of the operations.

We were first-time patients and were so pleased with the care that was taken to stay safe from the coronavirus. Our appointment was right on time. After meeting with the technician, the doctor came in and introduced himself. He was very friendly, concerned about my pets health, was courteous and kind. Dr. David satisfied our reason for our visit. We are happy to say we have found a new permanent veterinary home.

Very good service from appt making to entering hospital. Staff are top notch. I took my dog here for lethargy issue while vacationing in Florida. The staff and Dr. put my dog and myself at ease, w test they would run and explained everything to me. Highly recommend!

We had an appt at 5:30 and waited over an hour. Was waiting in car until we were supposed to be called to go in, Watched other clients come and go. Then all personnel got in their cars and went home except for two cars. Called, no answer. Went and knocked on door. Receptionist came to door and said everybody had left for the day. Unhappy to say the least and we’ve been clients for 16 years!
