My experience was exceptional. Rosie was a drop off and within minutes, Dr Anna called me with questions. And one more call determined her treatment and I was able to pick her up right away. Rosie was back to her normal that same day.

I think I understand the reason for paying while still in the examination room, bur all I got was a receipt for the total bill amount. Even if I have to wait a little longer there, I would have preferred to get a complete report of all examinations and findings before leaving the facility.

Somehow after I “registered” when I pulled up, and was told to wait in the parking lot, they forgot about me, so I called after sitting in the car with the motor running for more than half an hour to see what was going on. I was on hold for ten minutes, hung up and redialed, which was promptly answered and when I explained about waiting at that point for over 40 minutes, they were most apologetic, didn’t know why this had happened, etc....called me right in. Even the vet apologized about the mishap.

Could not get the stars to work. Our wait time was about 30 minutes in the car. Not sure how much time spent in exam room. Med Tech. was very friendly and with it. Dr. Jen did what she could and was helpful although our regular is Doctor Larry. Very clean. Understood billing. (doggies are expensive). Yes, we would and do refer folks to Estero Animal Hospital. Thank you.

Almost killed my dog with a simple dental cleaning. Cost us a lot of heart break and thousands of dollars to save her life. And no responsibly was taken for it and of course it only cost $600 to get her released so we could take her to another hospital for rehabilitation. You just don’t expect such carelessness. Perfectly healthy at 8 am 1 pm at point of death. Always denial that anything done was wrong

I would have very much liked for the dr to check back in with me the next day as to the condition of my fur baby. She had multiple teeth removed as well as teeth cleaning which I thought was a rather large procedure.

Personnel and cleanliness fantastic. I did not like the exam on my dog done in another room won’t let that happen again. Shots in all four limbs, that had never been done before , Elsa did have a reaction to them, my vet in Ky. Suggested I give her 3 Benadryl tabs, which I did. I’m a few hrs she was better, she has continued this. Just not eating.
