Dr. Megan was wonderful as was the vet tech! They both took their time answering my questions and I really appreciated that as I know it was a very busy day! The wait time was longer than normal but I understand that is due to our current situation! Everyone did an outstanding job during our appointment!

Waiting time was long and extremely difficult to stay in the car for 45 min with a young puppy. Grounds outside are not pet friendly. There isn’t a lot of grass for them to toilet while u wait.

Everything was really fast and service was excellent. Great team. The only thing that was a miss was the follow up call the next day with the results of one test. I called on the 3 day just to make sure everything was clear.

Everything went very smooth. No complaints, just kudos.

The office was run well during my appointment. The staff kept an eye on the parking lot to make sure we were not waiting long. The care of my dog was just as good as it usually is.
