I love this group of vets. Especially Kelli French. As for the billing explanation, I marked it down to 3 stars as I don’t recall any discussion at all. No big deal, I feel the charges are reasonable

Dr. Larry is great, but as it’s his practice, that’s expected, right? (Not really, he truly does exceed expectations.) But I want to comment on his tech, Shannon. Love her!!!! And so do my cats. She is warm, gentle and caring. She eases their anxiety. She loves them and they love her back!!

I put a one of referral this time because one important questions was her weight. I called and gal said 7.75 That was either her weight at shelter or 10 day after visit to Naples Animal Hospital I think she weighs 8 or more Please contact me

Dr. Larry and staff were fabulous as usual. Couldn’t be better.

Very frustrated with scheduling procedure of spaying. Had to change original appt. checked for next day,, scheduled but then told no appt, then told not on schedule, then received text saying scheduled. Then scheduled for next day, same thing again..Happened twice! Hoping she really is scheduled for this Friday! Won’t take my choice above on stars... what is happening?

I understand the separation due to COVID, but in the future would like in room exams available again.

22 years I have been bring my dogs to this veterinarian hospital!

This is the first time I have ever been unhappy here. Ginger was just there to get her toenails cut. I had a 5pm appointment that I arrived 5 minutes early for. I was not called to bring her in until 5:38pm. My dog is traumatized by rain and thunder and gets anxious just coming in to the vet. It was POURING when I was called to bring her in. NO APOLOGIES for being so late getting to her for a routine nail clipping. Other times I have waited 10-15 minutes and been told I waited too long so there was no charge. I even argued once that I hadn t waited long and tried to pay. That didn t happen this time. When I pointed out how past due my appointment time it was to the person taking my payment, all I got in response was Oh after she saw the time. I also watched someone go in ahead of me that arrived and checked in after me. REALLY disappointed. On top of all that, my dog still has 3 nails that barely looked like they were cut.
