Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was super impressed with how considerate and sweet Nykearra was from start to finish. And Dr. Clay-Smith was so good with Cleo. This was the first time I’ve seen Cleo not claws-out anxious at a vet visit. Plus, they took appropriate measures to keep everyone safe with the pandemic while still considering the comfort level of the pet owner. They are the highest degree of professional.

We had a great visit thank you! Since you are asking, I will share some very minor things you could do to be even better! 1) Allow entry from the back door for skittish dogs. 2) remove the paper that was taped up on the windows - my dog kept wanting to jump up on the window and we were afraid of tearing it! 3) replace moveable chair/bench with built ins - our dog kept trying to get away and got her leash wrapped around the bench and chair. However, we are very satisfied! Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly, I did not feel intimidated to ask any questions about pricing or procedures. The ladies were very helpful and I will definitely be making this my main vet and switching over from my last one. I got text message updates on my cats surgery which was so thoughtful, and on top of that everything is affordable and they don’t try to price gauge you like other vets. What a breath of fresh air.
