Everyone was very friendly, I did not feel intimidated to ask any questions about pricing or procedures. The ladies were very helpful and I will definitely be making this my main vet and switching over from my last one. I got text message updates on my cats surgery which was so thoughtful, and on top of that everything is affordable and they don’t try to price gauge you like other vets. What a breath of fresh air.

I had a horrible experience last time I picked a vet without a referral and was terrified that I would make another mistake. Unfortunately, all the places I was referred to were closed or not taking new patients. After walking into Animal Advocate Pet Hospital, both my dog and I felt immediately comfortable, calm and listened to. I felt like all my questions were answered and taken seriously, and that my dog really liked Dr. Clay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Best clinic I have been to in Chicago. The vet and the nurse genuinely care for the animal and for such a thorough check up! They were so nice and knowledgeable. Even my cat who is afraid of vets, calmed down and was cuddling with them.

You were recommended to us by Hyde Park Cats which has helped us in the past. They were right. We were very happy with the ability to get a same-day appt (we brought in a sick feral cat), and happy that we did not have to wait to see someone. Thank you.

Didn’t get to meet vet

This was the best vet experience I have had! My dog (Evie) is quite anxious in general and was stressed out heading into the appointment but the facilities were calming, clean, and beautifully organized and the doctor s approach was so gentle and understanding of animal behavior that Evie instantly felt comfortable. I love that she sat down and let the dog approach her, and was able to examine her in between pets and treats. I can t thank you enough!

Amazing staff! I truly am appreciative of all the care that was provided for my pups. They did An amazing job with the procedures, also explaining well how to care for them at home. And absolutely love the pics!!

Demi and I felt extremely comfortable with our first visit here. The staff along with Dr. Clay-Smith did not rush us out even though I had hundred and one questions for my fur baby. Also, this place is spot less clean and very organized!

My family and I live all the way in Schaumburg which is about an hour away from you guys but with our experience the drive was beyond worth it. Dr. Clay-Smith is an excellent doctor who is extremely kind, I wish I remembered the woman at the front desks name because she is a wonderful woman as well. Such a clean friendly welcoming environment. I will definitely be coming here again!

You have a beautiful facility and a kind, friendly staff who I enjoyed meeting. Thank you for a great experience. My only suggestion would be to try to sound proof the exam rooms a bit more. Since the walls aren’t complete I heard most of the conversations in the rooms on both sides of me, though I was trying not to listen.

The Vet was wonderful. My dog warmed to him immediately. He sat on the floor with her (she s large) and calmly analyzed her problem and prescribed the solution. I was very impressed with him.
