I used ValuVet to get my 7 cats vaccinated. One week prior to the appointment, I brought in all my cats vaccination records and this information was scanned into the system. I showed the list of services I wanted done on the day of appointment. All my cats needed a combo FeLV,FVRCP shot, along with other shots. When I arrived for the appointment, there were not enough combo shots available for all 7 cats. Some of the cats needed to receive 2 shots instead of one(but I was only charged the combo price). ValuVet might have been able to have 7 combos ready if there had been a little more prior attention to the reason for the visit. All in all, though, it was otherwise professionally handled experience.

I and my pets of course have been treated exceptionally well. I love the staff and how caring they are. I always let people know about the outstanding service here.

My visit was very good. I plan to return.

I saw Sarah Erwin I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and my experience that day we my 3 dogs that we re seen by her. The receptionist and the assistant to Sarah all we re amazing. I feel very at ease with my future visits to this office again Sarah took so much time and care with my dogs so happy we found her

The vet was able to properly diagnose something that is not common in cats and I was able to follow up with another vet to confirm the diagnoses and will need to see a specialist.

The reception sat and discussed a payment process in front of us for 15 mins prior to. Then put us in the first room behind them and kept discussing. Very unprofessional and rude .

I was charged $160 for a $16 medication - the clinic did not show me my bill before checkout and would not second-check it until the next day, when they agreed it was wrong but refused to give me a refund. Clinic credit is not a satisfactory fix for their own mistake. ):

Happy with how appointment went. Cared for my pet. Wait was minimal in waiting area and in the room. My pet is doing much better now. Liked that they were up front with me on what the prices were.

We had an appointment for 11:15am. Had to wait in the small and crowded, extremely smelly (poop smell) waiting room with our nervous dog for 45 minutes before getting into a room. Then another 30 minutes in the room waiting for a vet tech. Original tech that came in was new and we had to repeat everything when the 2nd tech came back with the original tech (trainee). We FINALLY got out of there at 2pm from being there since 11am. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be finding another vet to work with because this happens EVERY time I have an appointment. The excuse we re running behind is no longer valid after this occurring 3 separate times. If this happens then make the appointment windows bigger. It is that simple. And when we left for billing there was a charge that was on the bill for something that was not performed. Then the trainee vet tech made sure a fecal test was placed on the bill and told us no news is good news when I asked for the results. Really? Just tell me everything was clear. And you couldn t have let a fecal test go since we waited for over an hour for an APPOINTMENT. Unacceptable. See form of discount or give and take in that situation should occur.

If it is possible, can you have the doctor that saw Corey Speerts dog Elly a prescription to help clear up any bacteria in her infected carnassial teeth to ease the pain on the side of her face from it please?
