Great except for waiting almost an hour past our appointment time!!

The only thing that could be is to completely enclose the patient rooms. There were 2 large dogs in the next room that made my kitty more anxious. The front waiting room was also noisy and the noise came clearly into our room.

The two woman that were there were fantastic and really went above and beyond. However they were short staffed(not their fault) so extremely long wait.

Love your facility everyone is awesome!!

Nancy is fantastic, and Loki loves seeing her. I recommend the columbus/Worthington location to everyone I know that has a dog.

You all have been a great vet and friend to max. No other can compare to you all.

I was greeted at the door and everyone was very friendly. Dr. Erwin was great at doing a fear free visit for my anxious dog. And results from lab work was emailed to me the next day.

The vet her self was very friendly but the blonde vet assistant who came in to ask us questions first was very rude

The Vet & Tech were so very kind & helpful. My cat had to be sedated due to her temperament. They were patient with us & worked to get her calm enough to exam. Kudos to both! But I would suggest the Tech please stop using such a high-pitched tone when talking to the animals, as it only agitates some. I can t imagine having their hearing with such a loud high pitch in their ears.

The vet we had was very nice and knowledgeable. She was very gentle with my dog I was so happy

Usually we have good drs. On monday she just seemed to rush in and out. No questions or what other concerns or services can we help you with.
