Awesome staff

I was charged $160 for a $16 medication - the clinic did not show me my bill before checkout and would not second-check it until the next day, when they agreed it was wrong but refused to give me a refund. Clinic credit is not a satisfactory fix for their own mistake. ):

Happy with how appointment went. Cared for my pet. Wait was minimal in waiting area and in the room. My pet is doing much better now. Liked that they were up front with me on what the prices were.

Very Happy with the service thus far! Really liked the very nice Vet and her assistants there. And they were all very friendly to my Vinnie!

We had an appointment for 11:15am. Had to wait in the small and crowded, extremely smelly (poop smell) waiting room with our nervous dog for 45 minutes before getting into a room. Then another 30 minutes in the room waiting for a vet tech. Original tech that came in was new and we had to repeat everything when the 2nd tech came back with the original tech (trainee). We FINALLY got out of there at 2pm from being there since 11am. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be finding another vet to work with because this happens EVERY time I have an appointment. The excuse we re running behind is no longer valid after this occurring 3 separate times. If this happens then make the appointment windows bigger. It is that simple. And when we left for billing there was a charge that was on the bill for something that was not performed. Then the trainee vet tech made sure a fecal test was placed on the bill and told us no news is good news when I asked for the results. Really? Just tell me everything was clear. And you couldn t have let a fecal test go since we waited for over an hour for an APPOINTMENT. Unacceptable. See form of discount or give and take in that situation should occur.

If it is possible, can you have the doctor that saw Corey Speerts dog Elly a prescription to help clear up any bacteria in her infected carnassial teeth to ease the pain on the side of her face from it please?

The prices for office visit was different than the website. They never let me know what the prices would be, so it was a surprise when I was paying.

I don t know how often the examination rooms get cleaned, but there was A LOT of hair all over the floor, and a piece of chewed up raw hide bone. There was also a puddle of liquid on the examination table. I don t know if it was drool from a previous patient or what. It just made me wonder if my pet would pick up germs or sickness from her visit due to lack of cleanliness. Other than that everything about Valuvet was great!

considering the price/value factor still, having a narrow hall w/o opportunities to shelter pets from other incoming animals, is a challenge to your customers. sure that extended waiting periods is at times reality, in a perfect world having specific entry/exit would be top of my list if you ever had to move.

The staff is beyond fantastic. It feels like family. They all care for my animals. They have answers to all my questions and help with everything. Thank you so much!

When given the neuter estimate heart worm medicine and flea/tick medicine were automatically added, which totaled over $60. I already have these medications at home and would have like to have been asked.

The dr and staff was amazing toward Bella during her time of need thank you all so much.

Great except for waiting almost an hour past our appointment time!!

The only thing that could be is to completely enclose the patient rooms. There were 2 large dogs in the next room that made my kitty more anxious. The front waiting room was also noisy and the noise came clearly into our room.

The two woman that were there were fantastic and really went above and beyond. However they were short staffed(not their fault) so extremely long wait.

Nancy is fantastic, and Loki loves seeing her. I recommend the columbus/Worthington location to everyone I know that has a dog.
