Friendly visit

I appreciate the caution that was taken during this pandemic. The staff member that came to my car had her mask on properly and kept her social district. She explained in detail everything I needed to know about the treatment and my cats health. Thanks to all of you for the great job you are doing.

My dog was seen over two weeks ago and still had no medication for the ear infection she was treated for. The customer service is awful and once we do get the prescription for her ears I WILL NEVER use this facility again. It blows my mind how unhelpful and uncaring the staff is. Extremely disappointed!

The staff was absolutely wonderful with my kitty Bailey. Thank you guys so much.

Misty was a new pt seen here and it was for a dental check for cleaning/possible extraction. We ve been at ____ for 10 years and Discount Vet Wellness was 2x as thorough as our regular vet. We were super impressed. Misty is one of 6 our furkids and deserves the best : )

My visit was strange due to covid. I dropped my dog off at the door and talked to the vet on the phone. She was very helpful and informative. Staff was very nice as well. All in all it was a good visit, just strange.

Biscuits loves coming to you guys, and I mean LOVES it! He was getting so anxious last visit cause we had to wait in the car with everything going on and he was winning and prancing cause he wanted to come in so bad. His sincerest apologizes for going #2 in the room though lol. But you guys are awesome! ????

It was good , I would have liked to known when she got out of surgery. And what she weight and anything they found , they said they were going to look at her teeth and flees etc. But I will not complain they have been good

The vet told me that she didn’t suggest getting my cat declawed due to his age and informed me he would be in a lot of pain. I greatly appreciate the honest opinion she gave me, it really shows she cares about her animals. Thank you so much.

The phone line seems to only have one. Therefore during the covid while you are to wait in your vehicle the entire time, when you call you receive a call back later message. Making it very lengthy to receive care until you get lucky 20 call attempts to let them know you are there to come out and retrieve your pet. Most of the staff was friendly. The actual doctor was pleasant and very nice!

I had a very good experience at your facility. There wasn’t a long wait, staff were friendly and explained things well, and I didn’t have a long way until I saw my pet again. Meds and discharge instructions were thorough and explained well. Thank you for taking such good care of my pet.
