This was the first time that we had to wait almost 30 minutes from our appointment to be seen. Usually we are seen right away. We know things happen so we re not that upset. The friendly staff more than makes up for the longer wait.

I would warn people they need to stay in their car and call when they arrive. I got my dog and self to front door and realized we should have stayed in vehicle and called. Cant rate facility cleanliness since did not go inside

I appreciate the caution that was taken during this pandemic. The staff member that came to my car had her mask on properly and kept her social district. She explained in detail everything I needed to know about the treatment and my cats health. Thanks to all of you for the great job you are doing.

My dog was seen over two weeks ago and still had no medication for the ear infection she was treated for. The customer service is awful and once we do get the prescription for her ears I WILL NEVER use this facility again. It blows my mind how unhelpful and uncaring the staff is. Extremely disappointed!
