I have enjoyed bringing my dogs to this practice. It is always a friendly appointment.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and treated me and my furry family member with respect. They seem to enjoy working with animals. Glad I found them since I recently moved here.

Thank you for taking the time with my little dog Shelby. You all were good with her and she had her puppy shots. Afterwards she did start shaking when we got home and you called back in a timely manner told me to bring her in. Since I couldn t you suggest what I could do. But if she wasn t better by morning she had to come back. Which she was. Thank you for taking care of my baby and my concerns so quickly. As I will be bringing her back her. I love the staff and the Dr. I know they will be treat my cats well and they explain everything to me so that I understand. Everyone is very friendly and caring.

I get reminders to make sure I am on time. Ten I have to wait 10 to 15 mins. Not billed correctly Every one is nice. Can’t keep timely appointments then don’t schedule them as close.

I would appreciate a break on my bill.I m on S.S.I.and it never seems to go far enough. Thank you.

I think it is a very overwhelming situation for both the pet owners and employees to have everyone arrive at the same time in the morning for spaying/neutering. Many people had questions and held up everyone in the process. I chilled in a seat until everyone else got through so I had the staffs full attention, no big deal for me to wait. I was concerned when the documentation for my pet was not clear to the staff and they did not know right away what shots he has already had. I’m a new pet owner, so I honestly assumed they would have all the information there, in the computer system, since this is the only vet office he has ever visited. I get it, there are probably limited funds to change anything major, but I think a little QAQC would benefit your establishment greatly. 5 minutes for each pet owner, colony cats arrives at the very end with all their pets, make sure the documentation makes sense before you see the pet and even pre-fill what they have already had if applicable? These are little things I think could make a huge difference. I hope this was helpful and please know I only say all of this because I was in management and understand how difficult things can get behind the scenes. Small changes will make EVERYONES life easier.

Everyone was great. Went above and beyond to make my dog cricket comfortable and at ease. We were seen quickly and diagnosed quickly. I truly was impressed with the care that we got. Very glad to have found this practice.

They’ve always taken great care of my pets!

Everyone was very kind and it was nice not to feel like you were being rushed in and out. The vet tech made everything very easy to understand and answered all of our questions!

It was great service and value. Snowball was very difficult but they did a good job treating her.

Noah is very funny but all 3 ladies were amazing. I am so glad I took him there and even what I saw with other animals was Love !!!!!
