I was very happy with the care Pip received. Staff very friendly. Was so appreciative I was able to get her in as soon as I did. My usual vet couldn’t see her for 3 weeks. I will start going to Valu Vet for our pets needs. Thank you.

Everyone was great. I waited for a while in the exam room but I could tell they were busy and I expect to wait. And I didn t wait any longer than I do for my own doctor. I was very impressed with everyone and they dealt with my fear aggressive (with dogs) girl very kindly and understood her behavior.

They were able to squeeze my cat in as a drop off for a sanitary trim. They d work him in their schedule. After 5 1/2 hours I decided to call and check his status. Not sure when he was actually ready to go, but the poor girl answering the phone, said we have been swamped, and I forgot to call you, he s ready to go.

Yes, 5 stars for everything listed above. Of course the facility could be a little snazzier, but it is understandable that it s not given that they are offering services at a more affordable price. I feel very, very grateful for the folks at ValuVet at Graceland. Thank you!

I sent an email on a Sunday and requested an emergency appointment and got an answer quickly, They scheduled me at a time convenient for me the next day. When I arrived they sent me straight to a room. The attendant was gentle and understanding that my cat had been spooked by a stray and might be injured. She has been hiding for 2 days.The Doctor came in to examine her but found no injuries. She suggested blood work in case an infection was developing. The test came back the next day and I was instructed to call to discuss the findings with the doctor. When I called I was immediately transferred to the Doctor who examined my cat and she explained clearly what the findings were and my options to address them. I highly recomend this practice and will continue to take my animals there . They could not have done any better. They even called another practice to get a food script and records and ordered the foods I need, then called the next day to let me know it was in stock. WONDERFUL STAFF AND SERVICE!

I was so happy with my first visit. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the vet and vet technician had such patience with my scared Dexter. They even got on the floor with him to examine him. I appreciated the time they took with both my dogs. The vet was knowledgeable on the breed of my older dog. Black mouth cut even though it says mixed in the system.

Everything was great, except for the long wait. I was there over 40 mins to see the doctor, and I felt that was a bit long. The longer we sat there the more anxious my dog got as she was able to hear the other dogs and people all around the room. It was not great for my dog. Everything else was wonderful, but it would be nice if the wait time in the office was shorter.

Very nice staff, helpful clean. And wasn t like our other vet it was 1/2 price. Best part didn t have to give up best care for price.
