The appointment I had was for 8 AM; they were not open. They had somehow made it for the Newark Office. I had to come an hour later. I live in Lancaster and have no idea where the Newark Office. They said their software got it mixed up.

My dog is nervous in those situations and they really knew how to handle that!

It would have been incredible for me to be able to buy some dental supplies for my beloved dog, that same day of the visit. But I love the clinic, everyone is very kind and professional, I know we are safe.

I would just like to give a shout out to Abby who works the front desk. She is so friendly and helpful to everyone. But everyone is always so nice. They always make me feel comfortable leaving my pets with them. Great job to everyone.

I realize nothing man made is perfect but the visit there was. Very friendly very courteous and clearly they love animals my dog had a good experience with his visit.

Nail trim used to be $15, then raised to twenty, due to difficult trim on my dog it was $35. Will need medicated next time ($) . What will it cost next time?

Everybody was so sweet I love them all

I got the antibiotics I needed (earlier vet visit at a different facility prescribed Clavamox and this did not work to cure my cat s upper respiratory issue). Also got some suggestions about an antiviral and different eye meds - I was using Terramycin and this also failed to cure my cat s eye issues. Peter is doing well - just a few days in, his upper respiratory crud is disappearing and his eyes look very clear, so I am happy.

Great place to take family too.
