Would it be possible to bring back, making appointments through the appointment, reminder emails? I don t mind calling to make an appointment. Just sometimes, I get busy, and tend to forget last minute. And wind up, needing to call at work, if I do recall. Which again, nothing wrong with that, just not always an ideal environment to call in. Given background noise or other distractions. But making an appointment through the reminder, made it easy to click, say why you needed to come in, etc. Just makes it more convenient, depending on your situation.

Thank you for taking the time with my little dog Shelby. You all were good with her and she had her puppy shots. Afterwards she did start shaking when we got home and you called back in a timely manner told me to bring her in. Since I couldn t you suggest what I could do. But if she wasn t better by morning she had to come back. Which she was. Thank you for taking care of my baby and my concerns so quickly. As I will be bringing her back her. I get reminders to make sure I am on time. Ten I have to wait 10 to 15 mins. Not billed correctly Every one is nice. Can’t keep timely appointments then don’t schedule them as close.
