I m so happy with the care they provided and am glad we made the switch from our prior vet.

We are so grateful you could see us on such short notice. Elsa is already feeling better! Dr. Clark had such a warm and comforting touch. She put Elsa (and us) right at ease! Seeing how to administer ear & eye treatment was such a huge help too. Thank you a million times to all the staff there.

I asked for flea medicine and w as told I could not receive any bcuz she wasn t currebt on her wellness visit As I have said 3 times now, I want her wellness visit to coincide w getting her shots. I cannot pay hundreds then pay again in just a few months. Denying a fog flea medicine bcuz I m not coming in often enough is not a hallmark of good care. So u would rather my dog get fleas, ticks and heartworm bcuz I won t pay u more often does not sound like a good standard of care to me.

While we ve been very impressed with the care and treatment we ve received by docs and ancillary staff alike, and especially the thoroughness of the discharge information, we felt that it would have been helpful to have received as thorough a pre-op information sheet that would have explained, not only the neutering procedure, but what to expect in terms of the how long the procedure would last, what we could expect in terms of healing time, etc. Getting this in advance rather than just an appointment time to show up would be something that many of your clients would appreciate. Other than that, great job!

I appreciate that you offer a complimentary visit for newly adopted pets. It s good for your clinic and it s good for the animals and their people.

Glad you have an exotics vet

I feel we received good attention, mainly from the assistant . there seem to be a lack of real interest in the examination and what might really be going on , from the Doctor, not sure she had really looked at notes from other visits. She may have spent 5 min with our Dog. It could have been a rough day, for the Doctor ..so no real problem, just something to mention. Thank you, for your attention and service.

I was nervous about my dog so feel that I did not process all the information while I was there. Would just like to go over a few things before I make the appointment for her surgery and dental cleaning. Thank you so much.

Wonderful staff.

The staff was just wonderful! Our cat is very skittish and nervous around people she doesn t know. We were very worried about how she would behave. The veterinarian and vet tech used wonderful techniques to put her at ease. Alice didn t seem to mind her visit at all!

This comment in the grand scheme of things is not important, and didn t bother me too much. The check in process took a while. When I called the first few times, it went to voicemail. I tired the text method and it was not answered. My third call went through. This was about a ten minute process. Im aware the clinic was extremely busy and didn t really bother me. I feel others may be more agitated by this so I thought Id mention it. Your staff and service is wonderful.

I really appreciated everyone in your office. I accidentally came on the wrong day and they were able to fit me in because of a cancellation, the vet techs were so sweet with my cat and very skillful at handling frightened animals, and the veterinarian explained everything and listened to my concerns and also made sure that I knew the price of things before consenting to them. I came away feeling well informed and not at all pressured, and like my kitty was cared for. it was a great experience.

I am most appreciative of the recommendation for a kibble that will help with the tartar on Ferocity s teeth. As I am on fixed income, really challenging to afford dental care for my cats. While your services are most wonderful, I really need to find a vaccine clinic for my cats, as this visit cost almost $300. That definitely takes a bite out of my budget.

I asked for a fee schedule for services but I didn t get that. There may have been a misunderstanding, as my receipt showed each service received and how much it cost--I meant a general schedule of typical services. Veterinary care, like other services, has gone up a lot in price and so I just wanted to get a sense of what I d probably pay for routine care in the future.
