Need more detailed instructions post-visit. Meds were explained in written instructions but not foot soaks which I neglected to do until I received a follow up phone call. Lots of information conveyed during visit but it is challenging to remember it all.

the whole staff, receptionist, assistant, and doctor were all very attentive and I couldn t ask for better service, it was excellent. Moxie received hydration on the visit and when we got home she was much better immediately. She ate and drank several times the day we got home and has been very healthy acting ever since. She s eating, drinking and using the cat box, and has excellent energy now. Thank you all for your help.

Dr Clarke was wonderful as usual. She has such a practical approach for cat care. And the tech (can’t remember her name) was excellent.

Dr. Lauren did a great job diagnosing Lilac s issues. Lilac is better already on the Prescription diet.

Dr. Ramage provided an excellent follow-up telephone call to explain the lab results--and her email explanation was was thorough and excellent as well. Good job.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Ramage s treatment of my dog Fritz. She not only explained in detail how to treat Fritz s chronic vomiting but also provided me with a detailed printout of everything we discussed. I greatly appreciate having this write up as I can refer to it if I have any concerns about our discussion regarding Fritz s condition.

I deeply appreciate that you are permitting pet owners to be present during visits, with appropriate precautions, versus curbside care. Dr Rooker and all staff were excellent, caring and addressed my dog s issues fully and professionally. This was the best veterinary care experience we have had in a very long time - thank you!!

If possible, I would like a printed after appointment report of findings. It should include results of exam particulars such as heart rate, temperature, weight, and conclusions. Dr. Ramage is extremely competent and professional and is the best veterinarian who has ever seen our cat. I have no complaints concerning Pet Townsend. I just wish for more information.
