I had a 9:30am appointment but wasn t seen until almost 10. Not sure why the wait. Everyone was friendly when I checked in and they were good with my dog. The experience was fine overall.

Very friendly staff, We live out of county, and couldn t find any appointments in Kitsap. We called here and luckily got an appointment 2 days out from the initial phone call (3 weeks was the soonest out of everywhere in Kitap County.) They not only took our puppy in swiftly, they also ran advanced labs, had the results within 24hrs, and thankfully treated our pup with a potentially life-threatening bacteria of the intesines. Initial visit, plus probiots, fecal labs, parvo test, and Coccidia medication all was $230.00 At our local vet it easily would have been upwards of 500.00 EASILY. To summarize; Timely,caring, friendly, knowledgeable, no up-selling, and very reasonable prices. We will ve transfereing all of our critters to this clinic, well worth the hour drive!

As usual, everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Nicole is always super helpful. I was a little worried this visit, as Dr. Frank retired, and this was the first time Brighid (German Shepherd) would see a different doctor. She is alway very nervous. As it turned out Dr. Amanda Ramage was excellent, and Brighid liked her so we’re all set. She provided me with a lot of good information.

I struggled with the assessment of my dog. He was back to normal the next day. So he clearly wasn t going to need to be put to sleep. I feel that the diagnosis was very generalized and had a heavy tone of doom and gloom. I would like to see a different doctor for a follow up. I didn t appreciate being told that there was no reason to do any other tests. I also told her several times that he didn t have a seizure and yet she was standing firm with a possible mass(cancer), in his abdomen that could have spread to the brain. All specu. I am concerned that there are so many new people I don t know on staff. No one called to check on him the next day. I called at least 7 times yesterday and was put on hold for over 5-8 minutes each time.The whole experience wasn t great. My husband was in agreement with me. Honestly I would like to speak with the owner of the clinic. I am not trying to be negative but I felt like I knew one staff member yesterday and that was it. Like I had never been there before. I have 6 pets I bring here and service has always been good.

Absolutely -- hands down you are the best! I shared with the front office staff that we needed to be in and out in 30 minutes, and everyone -- front office staff, vet tech (didn t catch her name) and Dr. Clarke made sure we were finished in time. Exam, vaccines, blood draw, thorough explanations, nail trim, everything. I cannot stress how wonderful you all are - the most kind and caring staff I have ever met. Including that the vet tech went out to the front desk to get the handheld device so we could pay in the exam room. Above and beyond! Thank you! And Miles, paws down, thanks you too.

Always good and attentive service. I especially appreciate the no hard sell approach to your business. The vet mentioned a specific procedure but did state it was optional and many people chose not to do it based on cost. We left another practice in the community because we got so tired of the vet herself always pushing some expensive procedure. The straw that broke the back was-apparently with a straight face, recommending an ophthalmology appointment and a tooth cleaning for our 18 yr old dog! The dog died peacefully less than 5 months after that visit-thankfully with YOUR wonderful vet s in attendance, NOT the salesperson wearing a vets coat!

You wanted $559 for 3 X-rays. I had them done elsewhere for $100. My dog did not need sedation, and I was not charged for all the extraneous stuff you would bill for. Basically, you have priced yourselves out of my market. I can get X-rays of myself for far less than you charge for a pet. While I am sure you are great vets, your pricing is atrocious.

Your bill padding is so so transparent. All my dog needed was a rabies booster. It should not result in a $100 billing. Veterinary services have now unfortunately become primarily business sales industries rather than pet friendly services.

When I arrived in the parking lot, I called the front desk and a staff member asked me if my call was an emergency or would I mind being put on a brief hold. It was not an emergency so the hold was fine. However, after waiting for 5 minutes, I disconnected and called again. This time the staff member dispatched the tech quickly and all was good.

I am grateful the trainee assistant on duty that day understood I only wanted an assistant who had worked with my pet previously working with them now. I was not comfortable with her as she approached us. The front desk person with the bright red hair did not acknowledge us upon entry but Emory was great! The only thing is that I don t remember her reading off what the charges were, just the total amount - but I may have not been fully listening, either. Ashley did a great job handling my old girl and my old girl was clearly comfortable with her. Dr. Clark was a dream, as always!
