I had to drag my puppy out of the building because she had such a good time! I would have preferred to NOT be charged for the stool sample until I deliver it to the clinic, just in case it doesn t happen at my upcoming visit.

real dissappointed that I had to wait a a week and a half to get treatment for Birdy s tapeworms. I wasn t told to bring a stool sample but then asked if I had one when I showed up. Now I m waiting for online order of Droncit. If I had known this I would have called another Vet, which I will in the future.

Our first visit, we were very impressed with how caring and Knowledgeable the staff and vet were. Looking forward to our next visit.

if I had been told told that you did not get a sample of the cat s urine, I could have taken the special litter that day, and not have to make a separate trip to get it ( I did not know about it)....as I have been having eye problems and it was not easy to make a second trip for it. & you could have told me you have Mirataz as an appetite stimulant, as I had said she was not eating. I will get some from you.....another trip..... and, tho I had mentioned it, we forgot to have her claws clipped...next time I will have a list to give to you. I should have asked for more explanation of kidney failure, and what to expect of it. I do know you care, but it would help to know more, as I did not know how to get a urine sample, or that there is Mirataz---she has not eaten anything today, and only a bit of chicken drippings yesterday....

I could use a little more instruction on caloric needs/restrictions for my senior cat who is a bit chonky. Prescription wet food was recommended but not exactly how much of a can per feeding. My previous vet had calculated the exact amount we should scoop from the dry food bag. I m struggling a bit with transitioning this to a wet food serving.

From beginning to end, everyone was amazing, informative and enjoyable. The speed of receiving test results and the follow up calls to check in were wonderful. I have to say, it reminds me of what great service used to be like in the medical field for human, that now seems so automated and cold. You all hooked me. Diego and I will be your clients forever. It was really great, thank you.

I was completely panicked and wasn t sure my pup would be okay and the staff could not have been nicer. Turns out Finnegan is just fine and luckily he didn t get into as much as I feared he did.

I was confused about the signs in the parking lot. Do we still wait and text? I felt like were supposed to come into the office.

I said no on question 1 because although the tech did everything we came for and she treated Lola very nicely (and me), I felt rushed.

I personally have not been happy with the vets in the past. However, Hank Snelgrove is a 5-star vet and I would like for him to be Shadows vet in the future. Thank you, Russell Miller.

We loved the vet tech! She had a loving, secure & calming effect on our hyper Tito the Frenchie. I think her name started with an ‘A’. She had a short modern haircut. Your clients, our pets and you guys are lucky to have her! Thank you!

Your practice seems more interested in generating income than providing personalized care. An Unwillingness to provide test results over the phone or email ie, withholding information from the client, and requiring client to see vet to get results, is paternalistic (top down)and does not enhance shared care & decision making. Also you should offer the client the option to purchase prescriptions from an independent source rather than in-house w significant markups. The experience has gradually shifted to more expensive and less personalized care. Makes me want to look elsewhere
