Dr Rooker is the 1st vet in years at Chimacum Valley to spend more than 5 minutes learning about Duchess & providing info on her care. She was quick to call with lab results and tell me my options going forward. In the future I would like to know the outrageous price of meds from you folks, so that I can get Rx filled at my pharmacy. Almost $2.50 per tab for Amoxicillin? Seriously? Other than that, I was happy with the visit.

I will be calling to contest the bill. I didn t request to see the doctor, because Odie had no issues. I only brought her in for a nail clipping and anal gland expression. Out of protocol, I suppose,the doctor came in and spent 2 or 3 min with me is all, and that wasn t even necessary, then I was charged $58! Not good.

I appreciate this survey, it s a good indicator of your care. I really like the overall feeling at this office. Everyone seems to have a good attitude and is friendly.

The office visit was a pleasant experience and Rico has not had a seizure since I started him on the medication that was prescribed!

Everyone at Pet Townsend was helpful, informative, patient and understanding. We know Rudy is well taken care of.

When we picked Willow up after surgery we were told to come at 3:30. We had to wait well over a half hour to get her….it would be much appreciated to have our time seem important as well as yours.

For the 3rd year in a row I bought a wellness and parasite check/ vaccine certificate from the silent auction at the Marine science center. Each time there has been confusion as to coverage. It clearly states vaccines included.

Hovering over the stars to rate doesn t seem to work. I was very pleased with the care our pet received and Dr. Amanda Ramage is the best! She is caring, empathetic, gentle, and very knowledgeable. The best we ve ever had to care for our pets. Staff is friendly and efficient. I only wish Pet Townsend could be open on Saturdays.

The Dr did not introduce herself, or give a much of an explanation about what was wrong with my. She also did not clearly explain treatment options. She then left my our appointment without even saying anything. I feel as neither my pet or I were treated with any courtesy.

I appreciate the quiet, reassuring and slow manner that you cared for my shy girl. Your attention felt unhurried and thorough. Thank you.

You obviously love animals, are gentle, explain stuff well and give my dog a ton of treats, which makes both of us feel good about coming back. thank you, you re pawsome!

Everything was great -- ease of scheduling, friendliness of staff, thoroughness of exam, communication. It was my first visit and I m pleased to make Pet Town my pets new vet.

Keeping it simple: your prices are getting too high for this old fellow on a fixed income. Just saying.

Dr. Rae Hamblin was just excellent, both thorough and kind. She took time to discuss a number of issues. (This which was also my previous experience with her.) I also appreciate your front desk staff and the techs. Please thank them all for me.

I feel my furry companions are as cherished by the doctors, vet techs and support staff as I do and remain impressed with the skill and knowledge brought to the care.
