Great experience!

What really bothers me is that you guys won t allow me to bring my cats in JUST for a claw trim. It s a procedure I m not good at, but you insist that the only way you ll perform this service is if they have a medical appointment as well. I don t believe in the excuse that you don t have the time. Why is it that you have the time when they have a medical appointment? It does not make sense. If you want to charge more for an individual visit just for a claw trim, that wouldn t bother me. It would be worth it.

Could to have asked for a better overall experience. The follow-up phone call to check on Rosie was particularly appreciated. Thank you!

I recently ordered Bravecto from Chewy and it was denied by your office. Why?

There was a major scheduling oops before this appt that concerned me. I showed up the Friday previous and learned my appt time was filled. Staff insisted I was called that AM to reschedule. I was never called. No VM. No showing of a call from your numbers on my incoming call log. Thus, I took off an afternoon of work and felt irked that front desk staff insisted I was notified, making me feel it was my issue. Heads up on this communication breakdown. Thanks!

Very caring, super friendly staff. The doctor took plenty of time with me and my pet, I never felt rushed or any sense of stress from anyone. I appreciate this clinic s ability to manage their schedule to allow for same or next day emergency appointments. Thanks so much!

Excellent facility, great experience was had by all !!!!

The front desk staff was efficient in finding an available time slot to see my dog. However for the office visit fee of $74.50 the doctor/ technicians didn’t even check her vitals, only questioned me about her symptoms. I think she was misdiagnosed as her issue is persisting despite about $150 worth of unnecessary meds. And to charge an additional fee for a follow up seems unethical when it’s literally a 10 minute appointment. Not happy. Sorry ??

Only 2 recommendations: 1) Play some light music in the lobby for ambiance & 2) Read through the pet history for new patients before recommending vaccinations, blood work, etc. We look forward to seeing you all again for our next check up! Thanks.

I gave only 4 stars on waiting times. However, I realize that our local Vets are especially busy right now trying to accommodate many customers who ve been recently displaced by the closure of Oak Bay Animal Hosp.

This was an appointment for only shots and a nail trim.

I felt my dog was well taken care of. Staff was great, efficient and very friendly.

The woman who checked us out was so unfriendly and unhelpful. She almost rolled her eyes when I asked a question. We are new to the area and new patients, I was simply trying to get up to speed. When I left I truly questioned whether or not you guys are the office for us. Everyone else was wonderful, esp the vet tech we dealt with. She seems to love her job. Vet great also.

The doctor looked at my dog in a holistic way and I appreciated her honesty and information.

The lady doctor we saw was more than excellent and I would definitely like to see her again. Cannot think of her name now but maybe something like Rooker??? She is wonderful.
