As usual, everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Nicole is always super helpful. I was a little worried this visit, as Dr. Frank retired, and this was the first time Brighid (German Shepherd) would see a different doctor. She is alway very nervous. As it turned out Dr. Amanda Ramage was excellent, and Brighid liked her so we’re all set. She provided me with a lot of good information.

My dog is very anxious when he s at the vet. The doctor and assistant were very kind and patient in dealing with him. They managed to get all of the things done and then an additional task so he wouldn t have to come back. Thanks for that.

I was VERY impressed with your attention. Because our cat is very aggressive at the vet’s we were offered the chance to have a phone conference. Dr Highbarger explained that her response was probably fear based which made sense. He was extremely thorough in our exchange asking lots of questions about Lily and how we care for her. He suggested that a urine test would be good since she had a urethra blockage when she was young and is on prescription food. I collected the urine and my husband took it in and, to my amazement I got an email the same day from Dr Highbarger with the results and suggestions for her are. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and think the charge was fair. Thank you for an amazing experience.
