The staff was just wonderful! Our cat is very skittish and nervous around people she doesn t know. We were very worried about how she would behave. The veterinarian and vet tech used wonderful techniques to put her at ease. Alice didn t seem to mind her visit at all!

I asked for flea medicine and w as told I could not receive any bcuz she wasn t currebt on her wellness visit As I have said 3 times now, I want her wellness visit to coincide w getting her shots. I cannot pay hundreds then pay again in just a few months. Denying a fog flea medicine bcuz I m not coming in often enough is not a hallmark of good care. So u would rather my dog get fleas, ticks and heartworm bcuz I won t pay u more often does not sound like a good standard of care to me.

Alex has to come in every month for an Adequan injection. You have told me that these appointments cannot be schedule in advance of the first of each month - as an example it would be very helpful if you could schedule Alex s appointments for the 3rd Wednesday of every month. It is a bit annoying that I have been told this cannot be done. Instead, I have to call at the beginning of each month, not before, to make Alex s appointment for that month. This frequently results in a much longer time between appointments than is good for Alex.

I am very pleased with the office and particularly with Dr. Amanda. We live right new the PT location but in the almost 16 years we have lived here we have used a different vet. This is a big change for us and we are very pleased to have made the change.
