From beginning to end, everyone was amazing, informative and enjoyable. The speed of receiving test results and the follow up calls to check in were wonderful. I have to say, it reminds me of what great service used to be like in the medical field for human, that now seems so automated and cold. You all hooked me. Diego and I will be your clients forever. I could use a little more instruction on caloric needs/restrictions for my senior cat who is a bit chonky. Prescription wet food was recommended but not exactly how much of a can per feeding. My previous vet had calculated the exact amount we should scoop from the dry food bag. I m struggling a bit with transitioning this to a wet food serving.

Everything was great -- ease of scheduling, friendliness of staff, thoroughness of exam, communication. It was my first visit and I m pleased to make Pet Town my pets new vet.
