Compared to Hadlock vet you were very time efficient. I know that vets are very busy right now. The front desk could do a little better by acknowledging customers, even though they are busy or on the phone. It took longer to get the prescriptions than it took to see the vet. Almost nit picking, but you asked. Overall service and care were great and I feel confident taking our pets to you. Thank you.

Usually the Dr or vet tech takes the temp. This was not done. Your team is fine but I feel like I am being marketed too. When I am asked by new people intown where is a good vet I honestly cannot say wow love PT veterinary

We are new to the area and so glad to find you! From start to finish, everyone was friendly and considerate and my dog Roxy seemed almost as comfortable as I felt. I have never before had a vet get down on the floor with my little dog. No wonder she wasn’t frightened!

I asked for a fee schedule for services but I didn t get that. There may have been a misunderstanding, as my receipt showed each service received and how much it cost--I meant a general schedule of typical services. Veterinary care, like other services, has gone up a lot in price and so I just wanted to get a sense of what I d probably pay for routine care in the future.
