Loved the curb-side approach to care, which allowed us to stay in our car during this latest Covid surge while you cared for our dog. We were seen right away. The follow-up call from our vet re: blood work was timely and informative. Thank you all!!

For a first time puppy parent the process was stress free and very friendly.

We brought our brand new puppy in for her first wellness check at Animal Advocate, we had just picked her up from breeder the day before. We were warned by the breeder on the day of the appointment that some of her littermates tested positive for Parvo virus and wanted to do a test for her. While our puppy was fine up until the appointment she ended up vomiting during the appointment, a sign of Parvo, which should be a red flag after confirmed exposure. When I pushed if we should do the test the staff didn t display any urgency that we should. They just offered that if I wanted to I could bring in a stool sample the next day. Things got much worse that night and we ended up having to hospitalize the puppy who was parvo positive the next day. I am writing this feedback because now knowing what the severity and contagiousness of Parvo, and being a first time dog owner, I am really disappointed that the staff we saw didn t take more diligence or react with greater urgency to ensure we addressed it right away. Luckily we followed our instincts and took her to the emergency vet, but had we only followed the advice from our visit things could have been a lot worse and potential fatal for the puppy.

Absolutely amazing had a great experience left with no questions and felt super listened to! Cat who is normally kind of “attacky” was so comfortable and dare I say: had fun!
