I was greeted at the door and everyone was very friendly. Dr. Erwin was great at doing a fear free visit for my anxious dog. And results from lab work was emailed to me the next day.

The vet her self was very friendly but the blonde vet assistant who came in to ask us questions first was very rude

The Vet & Tech were so very kind & helpful. My cat had to be sedated due to her temperament. They were patient with us & worked to get her calm enough to exam. Kudos to both! But I would suggest the Tech please stop using such a high-pitched tone when talking to the animals, as it only agitates some. I can t imagine having their hearing with such a loud high pitch in their ears.

The vet and tech handled my vet hating cat with skill and kindness. I really appreciate how good they were with him.

We were in for our dogs proheart injection. The whole office staff has changed since our last visit. Normally they would give an estimate of services before they do them.This time that was not the case. We weren t even put in a room this time they just came out, got our dog said we will take him to the back to give his injection. I ask to also have his nails trimmed and the tech shook her head yes. I wanted to get the 1 year injection, but was kind of threw for a loop not being housed like normal and looking at our estimate before the services and I completely forgot. Also I heard my dog yelping from the waiting room, because they were trying to clip his nails. I got up to find out what was going on and the tech was coming down the hall and said the nails are not happening and said they wanted to give him some kind of sedative and reschedule in a week to get his nails clipped. I said no1 I will take him to the groomers. She said well we did give him his proheart. I then asked for his bravecto and we checked out. It was such an odd visit!

billing was high and wait time in office was ridiculous!
