We are very pleased with the service and we are going to continue to come and we like everybody that works there from the start answering the phones to the assistant and to the veterinarian you do a wonderful job thank you for everything

I love the staff here everyone is so kind and friendly.. Michelle is really amazing Bessy loves her so much and she loves Bessy like she was her own.. highly would recommend.

Valuvet is great! Staff is helpful and compassionate, they listen and are willing to work with me to take care of my furry family. Their cost has gone up, but is still manageable for a multi- animal family, and is competitive!They are also conveniently located, and will coordinate with another office if something needed is not in stock.Very happy with them!

When I walked in I was told i needed to make an appointment. I did nor know that was necessary. There were no others waiting. After a few questions, the receptionist said it would be okay since they weren t busy and took me back. I didn t have a long wait time. The tech came and did some preliminaries and testing, then the vet came in with the diagnosis and meds. Vet clinics are rather expensive anywhere you go, so I wasn t surprised at over $100 to get a bacterial ear infection tended to. The meds are working well. Overall, I m satisfied. They were thorough and professional.

I had my dog seen for a UTI. We had a urine test done and got her an antibiotic. They wanted a follow up to make sure the antibiotic worked. I was told I could not just bring a urine sample to have it rechecked and that I would have to bring my pet back in with me and pay for another visit. I completely understand paying for another urine test, but there is no reason that they needed to see her again. There really wasn’t anything for them to physically see and I had already paid for a visit for the UTI. I did not think that this was right. I was completely fine with paying for another urine test, but I did not want to have to drag my pet back in and pay for another visit for the same reason I had just paid for one. Other than this, we liked the staff and later appointment times that were available, but I don’t know if we will be back. I want to go to and support places that I feel are being fair and not pushing for ways to charge more. I can understand having to bring her the first time, and not being able to receive meds without her being seen and an up-to-date patient, but the second appt (which I cancelled) made no sense. She literally just needed her urine retested. I would recommend relooking at this process. Thanks!
