Wish each pet was able to have room for waiting. Not all animals are used to being around other animals. Other than that you all do. Wonderful job!

Everyone was quite friendly, even when we got anxious and came to be with our cat before they had called to say he was ready. I really believe they understood how we felt. They gave us another way to get the urine sample they needed from him and it worked! The cost was small in comparison with all they did. This will be where we take our pets now.

Staff are kind & courteous and my pets have gotten their needs taken care of each time. I do like the staff profiles and personalization that is being made with pics and fun animal signs to make it feel more warm and welcoming. Feedback: 1. Would like to see the rooms fully enclosed and sturdier doors. Very distracting to listen to other room conversations on top of listening to very sensitive information. I would imagine this would be extremely hard for some pet owners knowing that everyone is listening. 2. While I know the goal is to be warm and friendly, staff calling pet owners “sweetie, honey, and other terms of endearment is almost patronizing. Calling someone by their name is best practice and more professional. 3. Since the rooms aren’t fully enclosed, staff need to recognize how their voices carry throughout the space. I was there while one staff member was talking so loudly in another room, I couldn’t hear my own vet tech. 4. I’ve met Dr Roberts on numerous occasions due to bringing a few of my animals there and every time she introduces herself. I know she is just doing her job to make us aware of who she is, but maybe a take a look at our chart first…that way she can get some idea of a return pet owner versus brand new? Just my 4 cents…no deal breakers, but hope this helps to provide solid feedback for an even better vet office!

Valuvet is great! Staff is helpful and compassionate, they listen and are willing to work with me to take care of my furry family. Their cost has gone up, but is still manageable for a multi- animal family, and is competitive!They are also conveniently located, and will coordinate with another office if something needed is not in stock.Very happy with them!
