Waited over an hour to be seen. Very disorganized. Asked for a nail trim and they said they were too busy and I had to make an appointment. My bill was over $1,000 for 2 dogs. Not much of a Value!

No one introduced themselves so I thought I was speaking to the vet. Then another person came in and I had to ask if she was the vet. She said she was. It would have been nice to get a business card with the vet s name.
