Find a way to latch sliding exam doors, outside dogs can open the door easily. While another dog did this during the visit, we luckily didn’t have a major problem.

The person who I spoke with to schedule the appointment was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and during my visit, I honestly can’t remember a time I felt less welcome somewhere. The vet himself had the personality of a doorknob and I didn’t get the impression he actually likes animals. Poked my dog with needles (as expected) but seemed overly irritated when my dog pulled away from the blood draw with the needle dangling from his leg. Did his thing and left the room No “do you have any questions” or feedback regarding a small lump I asked about other than, “you should probably have it removed”. I asked the tech about having it done there when she came to discharge and was told I should take him back to my previous vet. Definitely won’t come back and would discourage others from taking their animals to you.

Please make it more apparent on your website that you will only fill prescriptions through your online store, especially if someone is coming in for tests (heartworm for example) in order to get prescriptions. I ve never heard of a vet doing that and I was afraid it would be more expensive, thinking you would make up for your office and testing prices with higher priced medication. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the same price as 1800PetMeds.com, but I really would have appreciated the heads up beforehand so I could look at your prescription prices.

We have a very large, rambunctious dog and, although not violent, he can be fairly difficult to handle. For the safety and comfort of the staff and his overall good experience, it would be in his best interest if a member of our family were able to be present with treats and praise for his heartworm test and vaccinations.

your staff is very very nice and also knowledgeable...you re great..I just wish you had a printed schedule cause I forget what days and times you re closed... you probably have one and I haven t found it yet...Diley Road is quite a drive...we had to put my oldest cat (BowBow) to sleep this weekend...Diley Road was very nice to my granddaughters (they took her for me..they didn t want me to drive cause I was crying too hard...I m okay I guess today...she s with her buddy Boomie now...God bless and thank you for being our vet
