We have a very large, rambunctious dog and, although not violent, he can be fairly difficult to handle. For the safety and comfort of the staff and his overall good experience, it would be in his best interest if a member of our family were able to be present with treats and praise for his heartworm test and vaccinations.

Efficient & friendly. All concerns were addressed & really took time with our dog. Will definitely use this veterinarian again.

Staff was so nice and good to my cat. One if the girls noticed I was having a difficult time going up the stairs so she offered to carry my carrier!

Great vet an employed. Wouldn’t go any where else. Marko loves it there also.

They were absolutely amazing they took time to explain everything share different options with me etc We will definitely continue to take our pets who are more like family to them

Although your prices are a little higher than most clinics. I live in a fixed income and also believe in the best care for my pets.

your staff is very very nice and also knowledgeable...you re great..I just wish you had a printed schedule cause I forget what days and times you re closed... you probably have one and I haven t found it yet...Diley Road is quite a drive...we had to put my oldest cat (BowBow) to sleep this weekend...Diley Road was very nice to my granddaughters (they took her for me..they didn t want me to drive cause I was crying too hard...I m okay I guess today...she s with her buddy Boomie now...God bless and thank you for being our vet

At first I wasn’t sure who the Vet was because I had never met her but she was awesome with Rocko as well as everyone one in the office and that is very important to me

Everything about this clinic was perfect, staff went above and beyond to squeeze us in to take care of our sick kitties!

Waited over an hour to be seen. Very disorganized. Asked for a nail trim and they said they were too busy and I had to make an appointment. My bill was over $1,000 for 2 dogs. Not much of a Value!
