I was very happy with China or Chyna. She was friendly and answered all my questions. The only problem I had was not being told about the $10 copay. We are trying to get these community cats neutered and spayed. Slowly but surely. And the $10 was a surprise. Worth it though. Hopefully will we be back with another community cat in the future. Our cat is now much more aggressive & biting after her vet visit. She got very upset at the vet office by her temperature being taken and vaccines given with no treats/positive reinforcement offered to her.

Our appt was at 540 . We did have to pets but we waited awhile for the vet to come in and see the pups. Maybe allow a little more time in between appts.

Dr. Roberts and her staff are all wonderful. I love the decor and appreciate the cleanliness of the office. Also in a great location. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They took great care of my puppy during her spay! It was going to be a few months before she could get her surgery but they had a cancellation and got us in the next day! I m very happy with my experience!

All of you are wonderful, but $20 is expensive for a nail trim.

As IS TYPICAL WITH ALL VETS EVERYWHERE YOU ARE NOT UP FRONT ABOUT CHARGES EVEN WITH YOUR ESTIMATE YOU STILL DON T CLAIM ALL REQUIRED SERVICES LIKE FLEA TREATMENT...

I understand things can unexpectedly get busy but we were in the office for nearly 75 minutes, only maybe 5 or 6 minutes of which were spend actually with the provider/staff. Everyone was very kind, and apologized for the wait at the end but it would have been more appreciated to have been informed how behind they were running from the beginning. I did not plan on being in the office this long and was therefore late to several other appointments

Staff was very helpful and courteous, even got me in next day because I forgot some records for the first appointment.

I really appreciated the time that the the Dr. took to examine my fur babies and explain the course of treatment.

The only thing that I would have liked to have been done differently was that I was home, so I would have rather my dog be at home than have been in a cage for 4 hours.

I m not sure that the synergy flea treatment is working

They took great care of my fur baby. We ll be back.

Our appointment was at 4p we were not seen until 510pm I had to be at work at 7p as I’m a nurse and I cut my sleep for a 4p appointment so the hour and 10 min wait was disappointing because I lost sleep. The vet did not do the exam in the room and came back and briefly talk to us her bedside manner was really lacking the other staff was great and apologized for the wait the vet said nothing

The vet techs were great but the vet seemed a bit abrupt.

I was very satisfied with this business and I will be using them for my fur baby! The staff was kind and knowledgeable and made you feel welcome!
