I absolutely loved my experience and I was extremely appreciative of the vet not making the appt feel rushed. She really took the time to explain everything to me and answer every single question (which I had many) in great depth. She took very good care of my dog and addressed every concern I had, big or small. My dog was comfortable and I’m very pleased.

I appreciated both the Vet Tech and the Vet. They were both very kind, attentive, responsive and pleasant during the visit. Both were exceptional in how they handled and expressed themselves. My husband was impressed that I came home and said that I really liked the Vet and Tech. ????????

Everyone is so caring and helpful and shows genuine concern for my cats I have taken there. Dr. Francis is an absolute Godsend. I always specifically make appointments on the days she is there. She is soft spoken and gentle. She listens, is easy to talk with, and is honest about what she feels is going on with the animal. She provides treatment options and I am grateful that she keeps the financial aspect in mind. Her passion for animals is very obvious. I appreciate her so much. I highly recommend ValuVet in Lancaster. Thank you to everyone there.

These questions are irrelevant for my issue. I took my patient’s cat to be seen for vomiting and frequent urination. I explained to them that he had tested positive for antibodies for feline leukemia when he was a kitten so I would like him tested for leukemia. The exam was great, explanation to obtain the urine specimen was great, but they did not test for feline leukemia. I paid over $200 for an appointment and did not get an answer. I thought maybe they didn’t test for leukemia but when the vet called me, she said that they absolutely could test for it there. This goes along with a previous issue of taking in a cat for a kitten appointment in telling them I wanted him wormed for tapeworms. The medication they gave him did not take care of tapeworms so then the rest of my cats got tapeworms because he wasn’t treated. I had to take him back for another appointment to get treated for tapeworm cause I was unaware the medication they gave him didn’t even cover tapeworms

The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate them and their kindness to both me and my pets

Stephanie INSTANTLY remembered me and my name when I came in this last April to schedule for our new puppy, Tony. Dr. Roberts and Hannah were also extremely kind and helpful with our puppy s first appointment!
